Production Services supports Georgia College & State University and surrounding areas with event technology and logistical solutions for non-classroom spaces. We provide reliable support for events and productions on and off campus, along with training and assistance for all technical needs.

On Campus Support Services

Off Campus Support Services

Livestream and Recording Services
Beginning on July 1, 2025 - Production Services will no longer support Livestream or Recording requests. Please email us if this is a must for your event and we can certainly provide external vendor contact information.
Policies and Procedures
Upon receiving an an event confirmation on campus, you will need to schedule a meeting with Production Services to discuss the logistical and technical needs and potential costs associated.
For services to be offered or equipment used off campus, a signed university service agreement must be in place. The signed service agreement will detail all services and costs associated.
Equipment will not be checked out or rented without a university service agreement.
Please Note:
Presentation materials, videos, graphics, and other event media should be submitted no later than two business days prior to the event. Materials received after this deadline may limit our ability to test, troubleshoot, and guarantee proper functionality during the event.
